History
The Company was originally founded in 2001 as a Nevada corporation under the name, “Symmetry Technologies, Inc.”, which was a software technology business, traded on the OTC Market under the symbol, “SMMR”. On November 29, 2021, it changed its name to U C, Inc., a holding company seeking the acquisition of operational companies. On July 7, 2023, U C, Inc. entered into a sale and purchase agreement wherein it obtained the retail chain “Super Anime Store”, and changed its name to “Super Anime Store, Inc.”
Today, it remains publicly-traded on the OTC Market under the symbol “SMMR”.
